Desk One Ergo Pro

When putting together two chairs, one bolt on my partners chair for the arm rests got stuck because the thread wasn't drilled all the way through.

On my chair the headrest screws didn't tighten all the way because the nuts they were threading into popped out, so I could turn it infinitely.

I picked up the ergo pro chair yesterday from the deskone warehouse. Super happy with my purchase, it is the best office/ergonomic chair that I have sat on! Even comparing this to a $900 ergonomic chair, I found this one to be way more comfortable and suitable for me. Additionally, the team at deskone were all very professional and helpful, showing great customer service. The setup was very easy using the instructional video on the website too! Thanks to the team at deskone.

Ordered my chair and thought a part was missing. Serena was fast to respond to my email and send me the video to assemble the chair. Only got it though it's comfortable, the foot-rest is just what I was looking for. Very happy with my purchase!

Attractive design and adequate ergonomic features. The customer service is also very good.

The chair itself is good and I would say good price to value. Delivery was on earlier than expected. The adjustment of the arm rests could be better but in any case not too much of an issue. Another Issue that I had is the instruction manual given might be for another product since the leg rest was not included in the step by step instruction that I end up building the chair without it and I needed to disassemble everything to put the leg rest in.
