Desk one Ergo Plus

Having had this chair two weeks there are a few things.
Chair doesn’t raise high enough
Should have got chair with headrest adjustment and lumbar support adjustment.

I ordered this chair on Friday and it was delivered on Tuesday morning from QLD to NSW. I have been looking at many chairs online and this was the only one that I thought would be right for me. I spend many hours seated in front of my computer and quite often have a cat nap with my head hanging down and wake up with a sore neck. This chair however will fix that as the recliner and foot rest will enable me to stretch out and have a comfortable cat nap. In addition to the recliner I wanted a chair with with flip up armrests and even though the arm rests don't flip up they move backwards when I use the recliner freeing up space on either side and doesn't get in the way when I play my guitar. The demo video was of great help. The packaging was very good and the assembly was easy with the screws lining up to holes without any issues. The seat is a bit firm but I'm sure will get softer after a while. All in all a very well designed and a good quality chair. I hope it will be good for a couple of years. The chair is great! Although they initially delivered the wrong ergonomic chair, their customer service was good, and they promptly replaced it with the correct one.
