Ordered my chair and thought a part was missing. Serena was fast to respond to my email and send me the video to assemble the chair. Only got it though it's comfortable, the foot-rest is just what I was looking for. Very happy with my purchase!

Chair is really good, looks amazing. Very simple & easy installation. Just a little reminder that every instruction from DESK ONE comes in Korean language only, but it's fairly straight forward and a little bit of common sense does the job.

Hi there, honestly I was very skeptical at first, but after arriving in under 3 days as well as getting a tracking ID under a day, and once more being able to reach out to desk one contact through call, helped reassure me with the delivery of the desk.

The desk itself, it amazing in quality. HOWEVER!, the desk is an actual hassle/pain to build by yourself. I had about 4 people help make the desk. I would definitely reccomend the desk due to quality and trust/time of delivery. But please make sure to get the desk installation pack as it will probably save you 12 hours of hard work and time.

In terms of ?/10, I would rate it at 7/10 as it's amazing in quality but lacks in easy assembly as well as the desk comes with holes that will not be drilled in or in the wrong place, you will 100% have to edit/drill your own holes for the drawers. Other than that this product is the best i've seen just hard to assemble by yourself is all but 100% worth the work.

I've looked at upgrading my home office chair for a while now but the prices on most comfortable chairs are CRAZY!
I found this chair online & decided to give it a go and let me tell you the chair was worth every dollar, so comfortable, gone are the days of my sore back & butt.

I ordered this chair on Friday and it was delivered on Tuesday morning from QLD to NSW. I have been looking at many chairs online and this was the only one that I thought would be right for me. I spend many hours seated in front of my computer and quite often have a cat nap with my head hanging down and wake up with a sore neck. This chair however will fix that as the recliner and foot rest will enable me to stretch out and have a comfortable cat nap. In addition to the recliner I wanted a chair with with flip up armrests and even though the arm rests don't flip up they move backwards when I use the recliner freeing up space on either side and doesn't get in the way when I play my guitar. The demo video was of great help. The packaging was very good and the assembly was easy with the screws lining up to holes without any issues. The seat is a bit firm but I'm sure will get softer after a while. All in all a very well designed and a good quality chair. I hope it will be good for a couple of years. Thank you DESK ONE for a very good product and an efficient and reliable service.
